Service was great, did not wait long to see the physio, who was very experienced. My prognosis was examined and confirmed. I was given valuable information regarding my injury and condition, an exercise program to include and help me strengthen my muscles around the effected help the healing.

Polite and helpful front counter staff. The physiotherapist working with me is professional, listens and asks targeted questions. Checks on my scans etc and discusses with me the best way forward with exercises and follows up at the next session. His caring and professional manner is appreciated.

Disappointed. Not what I would have expected. It took 9 days after my initial appointment to receive my exercise program after 4 follow ups asking where it was. After the 4th time was told by the receptionist the owner/management would give me a call because of the lengthy delays. This did not happen. Instead on the 9th day I received my exercise program and it wasn’t even designed for me. Needless to say I did not go back. But I wasted my first appointment on my care plan. Treated as a number not a patient.

Enjoying my visit’s appreciate my personal trainer .. as a first timer in a gym environment.. was feeling quite anxious about the whole process .. Dani has been outstanding with her being caring, positive, understanding and no with judgement. I would recommend her and 4 Life.
